For example, if a company needs a new manager or vice president, it may use a headhunter to recruit an executive with the skills and experience needed rather than advertise the job opening and go through an open interview process.

There you can also fi nd information about job-training and assistance programs, such as YES (Youth Employment Services), Youth Corps, Civil Service (both state and federal), and other government-sponsored programs. You may qualify for one or more of these types of work programs.
